Freelancing

Freelancing means to be self-employed in an industry that allows payments to be made to the said self-employed person on a working basis. It allows the person to reach out for the best payment possible. But they need to keep working and have a good rapport with said company.

They can work anytime of the day and chooses the hours they work. But sometimes to be self-employed it takes a toll on the bank balance as they do not know when the next job is.

Think of photographers and Newspapers that work together.

They pay the photographer for said photo and sometimes the photographer may never get another scoop for said paper.

All in all, if people have a business that is sustained within the finds of having it run smoothly for the foreseeable future. Then being self employed is a good thing. But it is when you are looking for work that you may need to go to different parts of the country to get paid in the line of work that you do.

So it is either a good thing or not.

Free is it really that.

When someone or something is free, do they really mean that or is it a ploy to gain money later for the thing that is purchased.

Is free really free in terms of no questions asked and no repercussions.

So just think of free as a means to gain something for nothing.

All creatures great and small

Would you love your pet in the way that it is a family member, Would you treat it with kindness and love. Would you search for it if it has gone missing. Would you grow old with it and not give it away.

If you can keep a pet for its whole life, and love it no matter what it does. Then you are an earthly kind of person.

Nothing but banter

Would you call somebody a name if you did not know them. Would you joke about somebodies ethnic background, or joke about sexual orientation.

You just may not know that it may hurt somebodies feelings and emotional well being. But please think before you speak.

To Search or Searching

Why o Why can I find not the thing that I lost, Why o Why do I have to search everywhere. Why Could I not have lost the thing that I am searching for? When Will I find it. How can I find it?

Just a few things that go through the mind when Looking for something that is needed to do something.

What is the fun about smoking

To be frank, there is nothing about smoking that is appealing for others, It is one of the most disgusting habits ever, and kills more very slowly.

If I had to live my life again I would not take up smoking.

Forums and Blogs

When is a good time to have a blog and what do you want to write about. It is a good thing to have one with an Ideal name. As this will attract visitors to your spoken or verbal conversational writing habits. It will allow you to say what you feel from a time that you have a view in any certain topics that you want to cover.

Having a forum with a blog allows your visitors to sign up and to post views themselves.

But you must have a team that will narrate what is allowed and what needs amending by the team that will oversee comments, threads, discussions.

Rings

Ring around the roses a pocket full of poses, a tissue a tissue, we all fall down. Is a nursery rhyme I am fond off, It relates to me in many ways and it is that this rhyme is olde.

Hacking

Who would be responsible for hacking any site or department? How did they get Hacked, What measures did the Hacked site or department do to make sure this did not happen.

What did the hacker do to the department or site, was it malicious or just seen to be lacked in security.

A true hacker would leave a note to say that they have been there and to say how they got there.
