Thinking out loud is sometimes good.

I have just found out that many people do not have an internal monologue, this means that you can hear a voice when thinking or reading or writing. This is a natural occurence and it baffles doctors that some do not have this.

But this is why many speak out loud to have a conversation with ones self, so that they can get a written or reading done as it sounds better than trying to hear a voice.

I have a internal monologue, and sometimes when I relapse, the voice from my own thinking gets hidden and other voices come in the way.

I will surely find that when I speak out loud it is that I want to digress something other than listening to my own internal monologue. But this is sometimes good as you know what you want to say without listening to self.
